IBPS PO 2017- Complete Details

IBPS PO 2017 notification will soon be released by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. The exam will be conducted for the recruitment of candidates as Probationary Officers/ Management Trainee in the public sector banks. The exam will be conducted in two phases, i.e., Prelim exam and the Main exam. The complete details related to the exam are provided below in the article.

IBPS PO 2017 Important Dates & Events:

The IBPS PO Application Form 2017 for the exam will be released in the month of July 2017. The candidates can register themselves till August 2017. The admit card for the prelim exam will be available from the first week of October 2017. Prelim IBPS PO 2017 will be conducted in the last week of October 2017. Result for the prelim exam will be released in the month of November 2017. The admit card for the qualified candidates will be available in the month of November 2017. The main exam will also be conducted in the  month of November 2017. The result for the main exam will be declared in the month of December 2017 and the interview will be conducted in January 2018.

IBPS PO 2017 Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates must check their eligibility prior to applying for IBPS PO 2017. Without being eligible, their application will not be accepted. To be eligible, the candidates will have to satisfy all the eligibility conditions for the exam.

The various conditions under the eligibility criteria for the exam are:

·        The candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

·        The age of the candidate must be between 20 years to 30 years. Relaxation in upper age is applicable for the candidates of reserved categories.

·        Complete details will be available after the release of the notification.

IBPS PO 2017 Application Form:

The candidates those who are interested and eligible for the exam can submit their application form till the last date. The form will be available via online mode only. Without submitting the application form, the candidates will not be able to appear in IBPS PO 2017. Apart from that, the candidates will also have to pay the application fee. It will be 600/- for the candidates of General and OBC categories whereas 100/- for those belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories.
