IBPS Clerk Cut off Marks 2015 Check Now
The online Preliminary examination will be conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the post of Clerk will held on 05, 06, 12 and 13 December 2015. The IBPS Clerk Cut off will be released by IBPS after the exam is held. This cut off will eliminate those candidate who are not able to score the minimum marks. Those who score this minimum cut off will be allowed to appear in the main examination of IBPS for clerical cadre, which will held on 02 and 03 January 2016. Determining the IBPS Clerk cut off score:
The scores that will be obtained by the candidates in every session will be normalized using the method of equi -percentile. The scores up to 02 decimals will be taken up for the purpose of calculating the marks.
Depending the categories, the mean will be calculated which is shared below:
1.For general category candidate, the mean will be 1/4th of the standard deviation.
2.For PWD or OBC or EXS or SC or ST candidates, the mean will be obtained as 3/4th of the standard deviation.
Finally, there will be a IInd level cut off of IBPS Clerk 2015 on total as per the requirement.
It should be kept in mind that each & every candidate need to score the minimum marks in each test and in the total so that the candidate will become eligible to appear in the interview round. The IBPS Clerk Cut Off 2015 will be dependent on the number of vacancies available in State or Union Territory. After the process of interview is completed, the final score will not be shared with those candidates who appeared in the interview round.
Expected IBPS Clerk cut off 2015:
The expected cut off for the different categories for the year 2015 is described below:
1. For general & OBC category candidate, the expected cutoff will range from 90 to 135
2. For SC candidates, it will range from 65 to 120
3. For ST candidates, it will range from 90 to 105.
Post declaration of IBPS Clerk cut off:
The interview round will be conducted after the declaration of main result in the month of February 2016. This will be the final step of the selection process after which the provisional allotment will be done in the month of April 2016. This interview will held at various selected centres as decided by the Participating Organizations. Moreover, the process of coordinating these interview will be done by Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS. The descriptive information regarding the venue, time, date and address will be provided in the Interview Call letter.
