IAS Answer key 2015 to be Issued After Exam
Union Public service commission conducts the most awaited and important exam of the nation i.e. Civil Service Examination, for the selection of candidates to the very important post of the Indian Civil Administration. The IAS Examination holds the most pious position in the Indian Competitive circuit and even a candidate preparing for this exam is judged different from others. Unlike other exams, the seats available through this exam are very minimal for which the competition has risen over the years due to which the level of the examination and its Cut off has seen a rising trend in the recent times.
Every year around 4 lakh students compete with each other for just 1200 seats, getting into which is considered the most fateful of all things. The whole selection procedure includes IAS preliminary Exam followed by the IAS Main Exam and Interview.
As the competition keeps on rising these years, it becomes compulsory for students to know whether they have furnished correct answers to that particular question and for that purpose the IAS Answer key 2015 is provided on the official website of UPSC, but it takes some time to get uploaded.
Apart from UPSC, there are various other coaching centers too which publish the answer keys of different sets of question paper on the same day or the next day. Candidates who are anxious to know whether they given correct answers or not can check their tentative score after having a look on the IAS answer keys.
The UPSC preliminary examination will be conducted on 23rd August 2015 this year which will be a four hour examination. The Preliminary examination is divided into two parts namely General Ability Test and CSAT which contains question from English, statistics and Reasoning. For every paper two hours’ time is provided. Each paper carries 200 marks and candidates require at least 33% marks to qualify these papers from this year onwards.
After the examination gets over, UPSC will come out with the concentrated IAS Answer keys 2015 after few days which will also be a measure to decide the cut off of the examination. Candidates can get an idea of how much marks do they need to score out of 400 to qualify in the preliminary exam.
HOW DO I VIEW ANSWER KEY?
It is very simple to find the answer key as it will get posted on this website as soon as the same gets uploaded on the leading coaching institute’s websites. Following procedures can be employed by the candidates to view their answer keys:
1. Log on to entrancecorner.com and find the IAS Answer key tab
2. Now you will see various sets of answer keys from many coaching institutes, click on any link of the coaching centers which you prefer ideal and accurate
3. Download the answer key which matches with your set of question for both the papers.
4. Do check the marking scheme which also will be provided there.
5. Match your response with the answer given against the question in the answer key.
6. There is also provision for negative marking for incorrect response, so deduct your marks for the wrongly answered questions and add the total marks.
7. Match the total marks with the previous year’s cut off.
