The continued worldwide coronavirus pandemic isn’t going away anytime soon, it seems, and with its rise, 2020 has become the year that legitimized working from home. Many companies are now letting employees work from home, with many companies not offering another choice with physical office locations closed down.

Of course, working from home doesn’t mean you have to let your health go down the drain. You can continue your workout routine from home with the proper drive and commitment, and some imagination.

Working from home doesn’t mean you have to become complacent. You can continue to get your normal fitness routine in. Think about a few things first, though.

·         Keep working with your trainer

If you’ve put on some pounds while working from home, then think about resuming your old workout routine.
