Hyper Naked MT 15 Bike of Yamaha

The new MT 15 bike of Yamaha comes with some new advanced features. In this article, I will tell you about the key features of the bike.

1. Advanced Bi Functional LED Headlights

The Bifunctional LED Headlights will help you ride in completely dark areas. The Headlights come with an enhanced night vision.

2. Negative LCD Instrument Cluster

The bikes come with a multi-function LCD cluster that shows key pieces of information while riding and it’s easy to read in the dark.

3. Engine

The bike comes with a powerful BS6 Compliant Fi Engine with a capacity of 155ccLC 4V engine.

4. Gears

The bike comes with a6-speed transmission which helps you to save your fuel and it also provides a smooth riding experience. You can drive the bike in low RPMs even in higher gears.

5. Breaks

The MT 15 BS6 bike comes with advance Anti-lock Breaking System (ABS). ABS helps in achieving better breaking experience. ABS also helps in avoiding skidding. The bike comes with282(Fr)/220mm(Rr) Disc Brake.

6. Assist and Slipper Clutch

The days of heavier spring clutches with hard riding experience are gone. The Assist and Slipper Clutch of MT 15 uses light springs. You have to use less force in pulling the clutch than a normal clutch.Another benefit of Assist and Slipper Clutch is that if the gear doesn’t match the speed of bike the Assist and Slipper Clutch, keeps the bike smooth and gentle. Bikes with normal clutches do not have this feature. This feature also helps in smooth downshift of gears.

7. Deltabox Frame

The MT 15 bike comes with a new Delta box frame. It comes with a triangular shape. Deltabox frame provides an excellent rigidity balance.

8. Rear Tyre

The bike comes with a 140mm Super Wide Radial Rear tyre. It provides bike with a good grip on the road and helps in smooth riding.

9. In-Built Side Stand Engine cut-off Switch

This feature is something new. This feature will pull up the side stand as soon as you start the engine. In case you forgot to pull up the stand, it will be pulled up automatically as you start the engine.

10. Design

MT 15 comes with a raised LED tail light. The seat width is good, and it has inbuilt bars for a better grip for the non-driver person. You have lot of color choices to choose from. The colors are metallic black, dark matt blue, ice fluo-vermillion

11. Variable Valve Actuation (VVA)

The bike has a high performance VVA system. It provides torque for ease of use at both low and high RPMs. There are two intake valves. One is for low to mid-range RPM and the second one is for high-range RPM.
