My computer was targeted by the Virus.Win32.Heur virus and it performed extremely weirdly and slowly. It got frozen up frequently while I performed tasks on the compromised system. I ran security scans through the whole system and deleted all reported items, but my anti-virus software didn't take effective to deal with the Trojan virus completely. Step 1: Terminate process of Virus.Win32.Heur.

a. Start the Task Manager by pressing the key combination "CTRL + Shift + ESC".
