Steps to Swap Columns in Excel Using Drag and Drop Method

Go to the MS Excel File.
Press on the title of the section which you wish to move.
You need to highlight all the columns.
You have to move the mouse cursor to the right-hand side of the column until the mouse cursor turns into four arrows moving in all directions.
You have to left-click on the side of the column.
Keep pressing on the Shift key given on your system keyboard.
You will get the ‘|’ symbol indicates where you have to place the other columns.
Free the mouse cursor.
Click on the Shift key provided on your system keyboard.
The first column will be placed in the second column.
You need to start moving the second column to the other side.
Move the second column.
You need to start using the drag and drop method for moving that column where you have placed the first column.
This need to swap the location of both the columns.
You have to perform this action without pressing on the Shift key on your system keyboard.
