How to success in Business?

Today I got one very interesting testimonial from a friend who is interested in knowing, "How to success in business? and demand was to share some tips and suggestions to improve business.

First of all let me clarify one thing, "I am a student who is in learning process" I love to learn before starting any project. I believe is, "Practice makes us perfect".

Let me share my little but practical experience with you all in whom I will discuss, "What I have in my mind before starting any Project".

1. Knowledge: First thing which I always keep in my mind is, "What I know about the product which I am going to share, advertise or sale. Do I really like it? or Do I love to use it? Because without learning and using product we can not market it effectively.
2. Building Trust: The most important key for a business success is "Trust". What I do to gain trust of my customers/clients? I never share any product which I don't use or like it. Second I always share the worst part or side effects of the product with them along with sharing benefits or opportunities. Don't ever try to fool or tell a lie to your customers because it will be a biggest damage for your business in long run.
3. Marketing Strategy: Write down 4 to 5 articles about the product and start from the writing your first article about Introduction of the product which contain benefits & side effects. Second, will contain excitement and your basic experience regarding product. Thirdly, share your own honest review and complete plan of action about the product. Fourthly, Show some real proof and progress and defend your plan of action. Fifth, Share some problems and some good tips regarding how to solve them and present your services for providing help to your customers. Note: Now a day we all are members of plenty social and adverting sites so we can use these articles strategy on them and will get maximum results.
4. Provide Support: If you want your customers to stay with you forever than you must provide them support and help to solve their problems or remove their fears. Teach them according to your own progress. For example if you find a new way of getting more positive results than share with them and teach them too. Let me say very important words here, "Those have more knowledge who teach others". So always love to share your knowledge and try to help them by teaching it will grow you and your business.
5. Stay Connected: Always contact them in a week, especially on holidays and share some good gifting items or opportunities with them. Also talk about some highlights of your coming product which will make them excited and your product will get massive response on launching date.
