- Clean out your wardrobe or cupboard before you got out shopping. This will help you make a list of items you actually need. Take out all the things that you don’t wear or have worn too much. Give the good clothes to charity.
- Make a list. List down every item that you actually need for your everyday wear or occasional wear. Having a list will ensure that you don’t go overboard in buying toomuch stuff.
