  • Click “Picture Settings.”

  • Launch the dropdown menu and the select 1080p.
  • After the above process, your settings are automatically saved. Although you have learned how to change resolution, after that whenever your resolution changes, you can fix it to 1080p.

Solution for Full HD TV

If you are using Full HD TV, you need to use different ways to change resolution 1080p from QLED TV. And the settings are depending on which model you are using. Before starting the procedure, first, you need to check the TV remote control has a P.SIZE button.

If your remote control has a P.SIZE button, then you only need to tap on it and select the size that you wish. If you want 1080p, then you need to follow the steps below:

  • Switch on your TV.
  • Tap on the P.SIZE option.
  • Now a menu appears on your screen.
  • Select 1080p.
  • In case, your remote control has no P.SIZE button then you need to customize picture size manually. Here are the steps on how to customize picture size:
  • Tap on the Menu button on your remote control.
  • Click Picture.
  • Click Picture Size.
  • Launch the dropdown menu and then select 1080p.
  • After the procedure, your picture size is updated to 1080p. Whenever it reverts, you can fix it with the above solution.

Change Picture Mode

The change in picture size can also reflect the picture mode. The Picture mode is depending on the atmosphere and lighting of the room that you have created. It can also improve your experience and feel you are in the movie theatre.

  • Launch the Settings.
  • Click Picture.
  • Click Picture Mode.
  • Select the mode that you want.

On some Samsung models you need to check in the picture mode:

  • Standard mode: It is set on your TV as default.
  • Movie mode: it is perfect for watching movies at nights; it accesses a dark room and your eyes as well.
  • Natural mode: this is perfect for those who are watching TV most of the time, watching too much TV can harm their eyes, so this mode reduces eye strain.
  • Dynamic mode: It is the perfect mode to watch a movie or any content in the day time; it adapts the brightness of your room and daylight makes comfort to your eyes.
