If your printer has printed missing lines or broken shading that means your device needs ink, just like us we need food for doing any work. Here is a procedure that how to refill your printer at that time. Never print the cartridges when it is completely empty, refill small amounts of ink from time to time. You should clean your printer once a week.

The procedure of refill your printer

  1. Remove container label. Locate the refill holes in the middle of the container
  2. Connect needle to syringe and load syringe with ink
  3. Use a toothpick to jab inside an opening, Embed needle into amending cartridge ink opening
  4. Slowly inject the ink into the container. Stop if the ink begins to well up from the fill hole. Don’t overfill
  5. Clean off top of a container
  6. Repeat steps until all colors have been filled. Place scotch tape over the highest point of the cartridge so it covers each gap. Utilize a stick and put a little gap through the scotch tape for each gap on the highest point of the cartridge
  7. Clean off the cartridge. Re-insert the cartridge into a printer
  8. Reinstall in a printer and run maybe a couple cleaning cycles until the point when the cartridge starts to print accurately. Try not to surpass three cleaning cycles

Resetting the filing level indicator is unfortunately not possible with this type of cartridges. Some of the newer Lexmark cartridges have very small holes and the needle will not fit into it. In that case, just use the thumb drill provided and drill the hole larger.
