Government officials have ordered to practice physical distancing to stop the spread of coronavirus. It is not about any age, but all are requested to stay home unless they are not having any important works. However, the physical distancing floor decals can help you in maintaining proper distancing outside the home. But still, lockdown is not that easy. Several people are suffering from mental stigma due to this lockdown. Hereby, it is better that one must practice self-care during the physical distancing. Find Space

People who are staying with their families will not face a problem. As they stay in the home all the time. However, in the case of those, especially the people or students who are staying alone out of the city, the time is tough. Several house owners are asking them to move out in fear of spreading coronavirus. Therefore, they must cope up with the situation. Either they should go back to their native place or find another space.

Go Out of Home For 15 Minutes

Staying at home doesn’t mean that you will stay at home for the whole day. It is important to go out of home for 15minutes daily. You can go to the park or nearby supermarket if needed. During a pandemic, several pieces of news come into radar, but you should stick to only the authentic one. Don’t overload yourself with the misinformation. It will nothing but hurt you. Maintain the proper distancing while in the market and stay on the physical distancing floor decals. Follow the other government instruction seriously.
