• Login to your account after launching the Facebook webpage to land on your newsfeed
• While on your news feed, locate the Groups option in the left panel and click on it to open
• From all the groups visible to you, click on the group you wish to share the poll with
• Click on the textbox that appears on this particular group, and select Polls from the options present right below the textbox

Type the question you wish to ask and the alternatives you wish to add and click on Post to publish this poll on Facebook.

 

POLL ON FACEBOOK USING SMARTPHONE (FACEBOOK MOBILE APPLICATION)

 

To learn how to post a poll on Facebook using your smartphone’s Facebook application, follow the steps mentioned below.

• Open the Facebook application to land on your newsfeed, then tap on the three parallel lines located at the bottom-right of your screen
• You should now see a menu with your profile at the top; in this very list is an option named Groups – tap on this option
• Select the group you wish to share the poll with from the list of groups you are currently a participant of
• Tap in the text box which says Write something and select Poll from the options and go back to entering a question along with two alternatives and tap Post to publish.
