How to Pair the Apple AirPods to a MacBook

AirPods is a wireless device used by the owners of the iPhone devices. Connecting AirPods Through iCloud

Everyone knows AirPods is for the users of the iOS device. In case you connected AirPods to use with the iOS device which is signed in to the “iCloud Account,” this means you are ready to use AirPods on MacBook or another system which is also signed in to the “iCloud Account.

You will get AirPods option instantly on the screen located in the “Bluetooth Control Panel” on any MacBook, let’s take an example, in case you did not enable the “Bluetooth Setting.”

Once you enable the “Bluetooth Settings,” double-click to pair MacBook with AirPods by going to the “Control Panel” option.

Go through the additional option. In case you press the option “Show Bluetooth in the menu bar,” you can easily pair or unpair the AirPods from the MacBook by clicking on the “Bluetooth drop-down page” which you will get into the MacBook menu page.

Connecting AirPods without using iCloud

In case you had not started to use AirPods on the iPhone gadget, then starts’ using the AirPods by following the easiest way here and it is not compulsory that the AirPods should be kept outside from its charging case.

Ensure that you have to enable the “Bluetooth setting by going to the “Control Panel” option. Open the cover of “AirPods Charging Case” and click the “Small Button” located on the backside of the AirPod, press it almost for few minutes, till the LED light changes into white color.

You will find the “AirPods” option into the “Bluetooth Control Panel” after that press the “Connect” option to start the connecting AirPods with the iPhone.

AirPod options

After connecting AirPods with the iPhone, you will get an additional option on the screen. Press that additional option and go through the many options to take control of AirPods functioning. You can place a command option by pressing two times on the AirPods. Both the AirPods work differently as the right one having control over the songs and the left one activating the voice commands from the Siri.

In case you tap on the “automatic ear detection” button, then you can easily use the motion-detector option given on the AirPods settings. It stops the songs you are playing on the AirPods and indicating you to take out the AirPods from the ears, and it plays the song again after putting the AirPods into the ears.

You can anytime change this setting by going to the AirPods setting page.

iTunes audio

You cannot listen to audio format from many applications. You should use iTunes on the MacBook to listen to songs.

Press the “Airplay” symbol located in the iTunes front page after that, choose the “AirPods” symbol into an audio format for the “iTunes Songs.” It saves iTunes as your default music player on the MacBook.
