UK bed linens professionals, The Fine Bedding Company have investigated the best way to lose fat without making the bed room, and without any additional work out gear.

And no, it’s not sexy – although sex is a wonderful way to lose fat.

Personal trainer Greg Brown has come up with “five body-busting moves” to help you keep the weight loss off in the comfort of the property.
