How To Look Smart in the Morning

by Jessica Carter Independent writer

How often do you get up with puffy eyes and face after the previous evening? Parties, alcohol, and food, which you eat at nights take a toll on your body. We asked the best specialists at barber shops in Manhattan to tell us few tips on how you can simply prevent these consequences and wake up with a radiant face in the morning.

#1 Avoid eating at nights

All of us like to sit on the couch with huge packs of different snacks and watch new series of a favorite TV show. It isn’t very beneficial for your body to eat much salt, especially at night. Eating sweets won’t bring you anything but puffy eyes and face, as well. The best thing you can do to prevent them is to avoid eating these harmful products before you go to bed. You can eat a fruit or vegetable salad, drink water or tea.  Moreover, these healthy dishes and drinks will make you feel better, as due to the cellulose and moisture content, they will help a stomach to have a rest and absorb all products you’ve eaten before.

#2 Don’t drink too much alcohol

The worst thing you can do for your body is to drink alcohol at night. It provokes detoxication in the morning and makes you feel terrible. If you are going to a party, you should take 2-3 pills of absorbent carbon pills. It helps to absorb and remove all alcohol from a body faster.

#3 Less water

If you eat many salty dishes, you always feel thirsty. Salt makes water to stay in a body for a long time, for this reason, you always wake up with puffy eyes. You should reduce eating too many salty dishes and drinking much water.

#4 Fast help

If you ignore all these pieces of advice, it’s the right time to solve the consequences immediately. Make a black tea with a tea bag, put the cup in a refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. When the water is cool enough, take out a tea bag and put it on each eye for 10 minutes; furthermore, you can wipe it on the face. This simple and fast tip will make your face feel and look much better.

Anyway, the best thing you can do is to avoid eating and drinking at nights.
