How to Immediately Remove BrowserAir?

Hi, I think my computer has been infected with a virus or something. I keep receiving ads by BrowserAir when I browse the web. I have run my antivirus program (Norton) to scan my system but it detects nothing suspicious. Is it a sign of virus infection since I receive so many pop-up ads on my computer? How can I resolve this problem? Any help will be much appreciated!

b. For Internet Explorer


Open IE, click Tools and then select Internet Options.

In General tab, click Delete button at Browsing history section.

Then click Delete button.

c. For Mozilla Firefox


Open Firefox, click Tools on Firefox Menu Bar and choose Clean Recent History.

At the popup window, select Everything from drop-down menu of Time range to clear. Next, click Details then tick Cookies and click Clear Now button.

Step 5: Restart Windows system. Click Start button and tap Shutdown then tab Restart.
