Ensure to spit out the oil only in the bathrooms to avoid clogging of drains. The coconut oil will not pose any damage to the enamel of your teeth.

Antibacterial dental gels application
According to recent news, a new type of dental gel is recommended for dental plaque removal. Such a procedure helps to get rid of unwanted bacteria from the teeth surface and clean our mouth properly. Use Hydrogen Peroxide or Carbamide Peroxide products

Although many teeth whiteners contain Hydrogen Peroxide, the new generation products are based on Carbamide Peroxide formula, due to the fact that the latter one is not linked with post-treatment tooth sensitivity. 

Brush and floss
Teeth will turn to yellow colour with growing age and this eventually results in growth and accumulation of plaque. You need to brush and floss your teeth regularly to keep the growth of bacteria at bay and avoid plaque from the building. You need to use toothpaste to remove stains on your teeth and floss regularly to remove accumulated bacteria. In addition, going for a regular dental cleaning will also promote white and clean teeth.
