Click Pages from the News Feed menu on the left
Visit your Page

Now, according to the set date and time your post will automatically get posted

Press the Publishing tool
The Publishing Tool button can be found near the top of the page
Click on Scheduled posts

From here you can edit, delete or reschedule the date and time of the post
