How to Fix Wireless Network Connection Issues on Windows 10?

Install the Adapter Driver

You should pursue the instructions given below:

  1. First of all, visit the manufacturer’s site and download the newest wireless network driver that is compatible with the system.
  2. After that, select the directory option and browse to the location where it was stored.
  3. You should select the executable file of the driver and right-click on it.
  4. Then choose the Properties option.
  5. Navigate to the section of Compatibility located in the top of the screen.
  6. Go to the ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ option and mark it.
  7. You have to reach the menu of drop-down and click on the Windows.
  8.  Click on the OK button.
  9. Select the driver executable and right-click on it.
  10.  Then choose the ‘Run as Administrator’ option.
  11. Now, pursue the steps on the screen to complete the installation of the driver.
  12. Once you have installed the driver, restart the Windows 10 OS.


Fix Internet Connections

You should pursue these instructions given below:

  1. Hold the Windows and S keys to invoke the Search section.
  2. Then insert ‘troubleshooting’ into it and select the OK button.
  3. You should click on the Troubleshoot option from the results and then choose the ‘Additional troubleshooters’ option.
  4. Go to the ‘Internet Connections’ option.
  5. You have to choose the ‘Run the troubleshooter’ option.
  6. Now, pursue the directions on the screen to complete the troubleshooting.
  7. Later, restart the system.

Fix the Network Adapter

You should pursue these instructions given below:

  1. Firstly, open Search.
  2. Enter troubleshooting and open the first search result.
  3. Then go to the additional troubleshooters, select the ‘Network Adapter’ option.
  4. In case you have several adapters, the screen will ask which one you would like to fix.
  5. Later, click on the adapter and pursue the steps on the screen to complete the procedure.
  6. Now, restart the system.

In case the solutions mentioned above do not work, then try reinstalling the network drivers. You can do this by going to the Device Manager.
