Before proceeding with the troubleshooting, some important points need to be checked, such as verifying that Internet Explorer is the default browser and that the date and time on your system are correct.

If the date and time are incorrect, double-click on Time and Date in the bottom right of the system to open the Date and Time settings window and correct them. Be sure to verify that the server on the network has the correct date and time.

To update the internet explorer settings, open Internet Explorer and click on Tools and then Internet Options.

Next, go to the General tab and select Delete, then choose Temporary Internet Files and click on Delete.

On the Connections tab, select LAN settings and tick mark the box in front of Automatic Detect Settings.

Make sure the Proxy server space is blank if you don't use one, then tap OK twice.

On the Advanced tab, scroll down and ensure that SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are tick marked.

If both are marked, untick the Check for publisher's certificate box.

Scroll down further to ensure that TLS 1.2 is tick marked, and TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are not check-marked. Untick them if they are.
