  • Open the search bar and type Internet Options.

Solution 5: Verify the SSL settings of Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox

  For Internet Explorer

  • Press Windows + R simultaneously and type “inetcpl.cpl”.
  • Start Advanced Tab and go to the Security Option.
  • Turn on both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 and press OK.
  • Now, sign in at https://qbo.intuit.com.


For Mozilla Firefox

  • Go to the Tools in Mozilla Firefox.
  • Start Advanced Tab and go to the Security Option.
  • Turn on both TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0 and press OK.
  • Now, restart Firefox.
