3. You should reach the ‘App passwords’ option then choose the ‘Create a new app password’ option.
4. You will see a password generator on the screen.
5. Now, create a password and apply it instead of the regular password in Outlook.

Upgrade the Office to the Newest Version

2. Then select the File option and then choose the Account options.
3. Later, click on the ‘Update now’ button.
