It will show the schedule that you have to set for your Bedtime. When you go to sleep, and when you wake up, the timer will be set up there.

Firstly you have to set the time of your sleeping, and then you need to set the timing of waking up. It will show how much time you will spend on sleeping. When Bedtime wakes you, it will ring the tone to indicate that wake time it happens. The schedule timing will keep you in the limit, so if you use your device excessively, and it will help you to stop.

One more interesting feature about Bedtime is that it disables the applications and does not show any notification regarding them. Some default applications like call or messages, clock and contacts will be enable but any other third party of entertaining application will be disabled. It keep stop you to use the device which is the great thing. Don’t worry about enabling it because after your Bedtime is over, it will again enable the applications, or you can also do it manually by opening the application.

It Clears the Notification

Whether this feature is just about sleeping, but there is another thing that will help you in sleeping. It is turning off the incoming notifications and also clearing the previous notifications. So if you haven’t checked them, you can do it again when your applications enable again. Restrictions can be good and can be bad, but this bedtime restriction can help you to gain your lost energy to make your mind and body fresh.
