As more and more people have started using emails for sending and receiving documents in the form of PDF files, the user of Adobe Reader has become an essential for them as this program is required to open such files. The files can not only be read using Adobe Reader but can also be edited, which can save a great deal of time and make things hassle free for the user. While professional help can be sought for this at Adobe customer Service number, you can also do it on own.

Adobe Reader 9 can be used for making edits in PDF documents and you can do it with the following steps:

Before editing the PDF Document:

• Use Adobe Reader 9 to open the PDF file and review and examine its format. If your computer does not have Adobe Reader 9, download it.

• From the main menu, go to Document>Security>Show Security Properties. A new screen called Document Properties will be seen, where you can come to know if the author has given the permission to for editing the document.

• Review the document and make sure that it is legible and complete.

Filling out the form and signing the document:

• Move the cursor to first field in the form and type in the relevant information. The cursor will get adjusted automatically as you move over the various fields of the form. For instance, when it is over text fields, the text tool will be seen, while the cursor appears as a pointing hand tool when over check boxes, drop-down lists or radio buttons.

• Using the tab key, scroll the form and complete it by entering the required information. If you enter wrong information anywhere, it can be deleted using the Escape key.

• Based on the rights given by the author for the document, you will either be able to Save a Copy of the complete document (without renaming it) or Save As (renaming it).

• A signature can be added to the document by the steps, Go to Document>Sign>Sign Document . A new window will appear and you will be guided with a process to create a new signature or select a previously stored one.

If you are unable to follow these steps to edit the PDF document, you can call up Adobe support phone number for talking to an expert. However, if the number is not reachable, it would be a good idea to access an alternative number listed on the online directory Contactforhelp. Visit: http://tinyurl.com/h85apvt
