Select – upgrade.  Follow the instructions to use your Paypal account to pay $1.75 to upgrade to membership level 1.  You must upgrade one level at a time.  Your payment must be confirmed by whomever you are paying before you can
upgrade to the next level.
 
After your payment has been confirmed, select – upgrade. Follow the instructions again to use your Paypal account to pay $5 to upgrade to membership level 2.  Your payment must be confirmed by whomever you are paying before you can upgrade to the next level.
