• At first you need to close all open software applications and then insert the printer software CD so that you can move ahead with the process of downloading.
• The next step is that you have to click twice on the Series Installer CD icon available on your desktop. As soon as you double click on it, Series Installer dialog will appear in front of you. 
• On this dialog you will notice two different icons. The first one will be the option to “Install” while the second one will be for “Help installer. Amongst the two, you will have to double click on the former one i.e. “Install” icon.
• Now you have to complete the authentication notice, and then click OK. 
• After clicking on OK, you will be offered with a series of dialogue box, where you have to keep on clicking the continue button followed by clicking on “Agree”.
• Click Install.
