When you’re trying to reduce cellulite, there are a few things you should do. You should massage caffeine cream onto your cellulite everyday—this cream will increase your blood circulation and get rid of fat cells. You should also exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. But if you’re vegetarian, it can be a bit trickier to create a cellulite diet. Here are some foods you should and shouldn’t eat when you’re trying to get rid of cellulite.

Eat High-Fiber, Protein-Filled Foods

High-fiber foods will help you burn fat faster. There are many high-fiber foods that also contain a ton of protein. This includes lentils and most types of beans. In addition, you should also be sure to eat fruits that are high in fiber. These fruits will help reduce fat, and they will hydrate you.

Try Whole Grains

Refined carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, and white flour can all cause toxins to build up in your body. These toxins can then cause cellulite to appear. Try to stick to whole grain breads and brown rice for your carbohydrate needs.

Eat Foods that Contain Healthy Fats and Protein

When you’re creating your vegetarian cellulite-reducing diet, you should be sure to include foods that have high amounts of protein. Often, these high-protein foods contain healthy fats. Be sure to eat raw nuts and seeds. You should also eat plenty of eggs—in addition to being high in protein, eggs contain lecithin. This lecithin will help regulate the nutrients that enter your cells and help make cells water-tight. Lecithin can also be found in soy products and avocado.

Vary your Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that can make your skin healthier and can burn fat, reducing your cellulite. You should eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to get the most vitamins and antioxidants possible.

You should especially be sure to include blueberries, spinach, and tomatoes in your diet. Blueberries contain anthocyanins, which reduce the breakdown of collagen and protect the collagen from oxidative damage. Spinach is full of vitamins A and C, which increase collagen production. Spinach is also high in vitamin K, which can improve your circulation. Tomatoes have lycopene, a substance that will strengthen your skin and prevent collagen from breaking down.

Avoid Processed Sugar and Salt

Finally, you should avoid processed sugar and foods that are high in salt. Processed sugar will interfere with your metabolizing of vitamin C, an antioxidant that’s important in the creation of elastin and collagen. Salt can cause your skin to bloat, and it can also increase the water retention in your skin. Both of these things can lead to an increase in cellulite.
