How to choose a school for nursery admission in Indrapuram?

 Criteria for Age

Nursery admission in Indrapuram  A kid must be at least three years old on March 31, 2023, to be admitted to Nursery.

The infant should be born between April 1st, 2018 and March 31st, 2019.

A youngster born between 1st April 2017 and 31st March 2018 is eligible for Prep enrollment.

Admission to Higher Classes is based on openings in a certain class, and the kid must have passed the preceding class from a certified school connected with CBSE.

How to Use

Registration forms for Class Nursery are only accessible online.

Registration Forms for Classes Prep to XII are only accessible online (Limited seats only).

Parents' mobile phone number and email address are required.

·         Each parent and child have their own photograph.

·         Payment method: online

·         Fees for registration: Rs. 1100/-

·         Complete the online registration form.

·         Once you've completed and submitted the form, you'll get a computer-generated registration number through SMS (to the phone numbers you provided) and email (to the email address you provided).

·         Students are admitted only on the basis of merit.

·         When transportation services for offline classes resume, school transportation will be provided.

·         Transportation is an optional/additional service that is dependent on seat availability.

·         The registration process will begin on July 1, 2022.

Terms and Conditions, as well as Instructions for Completing the Online Form / Payment:

·         This is a registration form for Delhi Public School, Indirapuram. Please read the instructions carefully before filling out the form to prevent having your form rejected. All you have to do is fill in the blanks with the necessary information.

·         To change from one field to another, do not use the ENTER KEY. For the same purpose, utilize the "TAB KEY" or mouse control.

·         After completing the registration form, click the "Final Submit" button to complete the registration process

·         A registration number will be produced immediately, and an acknowledgement email with details will be sent to your email address.

·         DO NOT COMPLETE MORE THAN ONE FORM FOR ONE APPLICANT TO AVOID REJECTION.

·         The system will not accept forms that are incomplete.

·         Please keep in mind that the registration fee is non-refundable, so please provide us with accurate information about the kid and parent.

·         The school will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the denial of permission for any Transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by us and our acquiring bank from time to time.

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION

 

1) FRONT DOOR

 

The Interaction will be sent to all parents who have enrolled their children through email, SMS, or phone call.

 

Interaction will be held online/offline for grades Nursery through II.

 

For grades III to XII: An email will be sent out with all information on the admission exam schedule, curriculum, and so on.

 

2) DECISION

Selected candidates will get an email informing them of their selection and next steps.

 

3) ADMISSION

 

Classes I through II

·         Completed registration and online form (Already submitted)

 

·         On the day of the final encounter with the Principal, a physical copy of the registration form (completed) is required.

 

·         A quick online conversation between the youngster and his or her parents and the Academic Coordinator / Teacher (only for Nursery & Prep). A day before the interaction, the date, time, and Zoom (ID & Password) are communicated, followed by a parent-principal conversation.

 

·         Interaction with the Principal by the kid and parents (for grades I and II).

 

·         If the selection is accepted, the result will be communicated to the parents through email.

 

·         Formalities for admission in the case of selection.

 

Classes 3 through 12

For study purposes, a written exam syllabus will be given.

A notice of the exam date must be sent.

If the student passes the written test, interaction between the parents and the student with the principal.

If the option is accepted, the result will be sent to the parents.

The admission procedure will be completed after the application form and funds have been submitted.

If you do not take admission by the deadline, the position will be awarded to the next best candidate. The school's decision on admission will be final and binding.
