How to attain natural fairness

by Abhinav G. Movie Enthusiast

Our atmosphere is filled with pollutants and dust particles. These harmful particles stick to our skin and damage the cells. The UV rays from the sun destroy the skin cells and induce tanning. As a result, our natural fairness gets lost. It may sound difficult, but it is possible for us to regain our natural fairness without many efforts.

Here’s how you can obtain natural fairness:

  • Avoid prolonged sunlight –

The UVA rays from the sun activate the melanin pigment present on the skin. Due to this, tanning of skin occurs. UVB rays from the sun increase the amount of melanin pigment, thus reducing natural fairness. Thus, to prevent tanning avoid exposing your skin to the sun for a long period of time. Always wear sunscreen while going out, or carry an umbrella or wear a cap.

  • Use targeted face wash –

Use a good face wash that targets fairness. Fairness face washes massages the skin and removes the dead skin cells from the skin layer, thus paving the way for new cells to emerge.

  • Use a lightening cream –

Use a cream or a moisturizer that adds a glow to your skin. Lightening creams have Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B3, which heal and repair damaged skin cells. Thus, it provides a luminous touch to your skin.

  • Rub your skin with ice cubes –

Rubbing the ice cubes on your skin, reduce the temperature of your skin. Thus, blood flows in faster and gives a rosy complexion to your skin.

  • Eat a balanced diet –

Always eat a balanced diet consisting of all the essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. A balanced diet will allow the proper functioning of all the bodily functions. As a result, your skin’s health and fairness can be maintained.

Follow a proper skin care regime and adhere to the above tips. You will regain your natural fairness instantly, without having to make a lot of efforts.
