- Open your preferred web browser and type the official website of Gmail
- The Hone page of Google webmail will open
- You will see Gmail inbox on your computer screen if you are logged in
- Make your account login by entering your account login credentials if you are not logged in.
- Then you are requested to click on the Menu icon – find it in the upper-right corner
- Hence, a drop-down menu will appear
- Go to the bottom portion of the drop-down menu and click on More
- Click on Contacts then
- Identify it with the person-shaped silhouette on the second page of the drop-down menu
- A list of your contacts will appear
- Find the New icon in the lower-right side of the page and click on it
- A pop-up window will appear – it will ask you to enter the first and last name of the contact
- Then enter his/her email address by hitting the Email text box
- Enter other info, such as contact number or job title if you find it necessary
- Else, please ignore it
- Save the changes by clicking on the Save icon
