Image There is nothing worse than to feel anxious and depressed all the time without any reason. People with anxiety disorders like me, spend the most of our lives in a constant agitated state. And believe me it is a real torture. Feeling constantly blue, under stress, anxious and depressed is a situation that can literally take you to madness, and the worst thing is that most of us don't know how to cope with that type of situation.

Less than a year, I was in that precise situation. It is a terrible feeling that cannot be explained, but only felt. My life consisted of a constant anxiety and depression. I was feeling like fallen from the sky and uncomfortable at work and even with my own family and friends, so I isolated myself from everybody to avoid difficult situations.

The moments of depression and anxiety were constantly present in my life and I have completely lost the control of every situation. I was constantly at home, avoiding any type of communication as I was afraid of being with people or around crowds of people.

I remember just like it was yesterday, when one day my mom came to me all in tears and said that she just can't take it anymore. She couldn't stand seeing me destroying myself. She wanted to help me, and I was aware of that, but I just couldn't help it.

I let her talk without interrupting her and she mentioned something about a hypnosis for anxiety and depression. I wasn't really sure how this could help me and I was certainly unsure about seeing a hypnotherapist, but I was so desperate to find a way out of this difficult situation, so I agreed to seeing one. I just wanted to see my mom smiling again. I wanted to see myself in the mirror smiling again!

We found a trusted hypnotherapist and made my first appointment. And, maybe it will sound like a cliché, but from the very first meeting I felt a relief. My therapist explain to me what was going on in my brain and how his hypnosis for anxiety and depression will help me.

One of the most important things that my hypnotherapist taught me was how to relax both my mind and body. I was completely forgotten how to do that and it felt so good experiencing it again.
Each of these sessions helped me overcome a specific problem and today I can truly say that I no longer feel shy or less confident among people. I feel happier around people, relaxed and confident. I finally feel free and alive.

Without any doubts I can say that hypnosis for anxiety and depression really saved my life. Today, I am a happy independent person, and confident one who runs its own business.
