How Helpful Is Launch Creader Professional Crp129 Evo For Car Testing List?

by Robert Keith AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTIC & TRAINING SERVICE
The most sophisticated and multipurpose code reader on the market, the LANCH Creader CRP129 EVO, is built for technicians to diagnose four systems for the majority of the major vehicles on the road today. including a 3.5" TFT colour display and special multipurpose keys. The Creader CRP129 EVO from Launch has all of the same features and capabilities as the CRP123, but it also includes a vehicle diagnostic report and the ability to read DataStream for four systems.

The car testing list for four systems (ENG/AT/ABS/SRS) is what we refer to when we say "car-supported list", and this CReader Professional is specifically used for this diagnoses.

And only vehicles manufactured after 2006 are supported for ENG/AT/ABS/SRS testing.

Launch CReader CRP129 EVO's primary features include thorough diagnosis of a vehicle's four primary ECUs (ENG, ABS, SRS, and AT), as well as OBD/EOBD standard protocol diagnosis for numerous kinds of automobiles.

4 Systems Diagnosed Using  CReader Professional CRP129 EVO For In-Car Tests

1) To Diagnose Engines

To calculate the proper air/fuel ratios, camshaft timing, ignition timing, and other crucial operational parameters, modern engines use feedback loops that take into account many different inputs, including intake air temperature and flow, manifold absolute pressure, engine coolant temperature, crankshaft and camshaft position, oil pressure, fuel rail pressure, fuel tank pressure, vehicle speed, and many others. By giving the user instant access to essential OBD II standard data as well as expanded, manufacturer-specific data on the engine, fuel, emissions, and performance parameters, the LAUNCH CRP129 EVO expedites diagnostics.

2) To Determine the Transmission

Like our engines, modern automatic transmissions (A/T) are complicated systems that interact with mechanical, electrical, and control components. The success of up and downshifts, solenoid action (too harsh, too gentle), clutch engagement, fluid temperature, fluid level, pressure, and other crucial operational and diagnostic data are all available from modern transmissions. The LAUNCH CRP129 EVO gives the user a thorough understanding of this crucial component's functioning function, enabling quick, accurate, and thorough diagnosis of any problems that may be present or that may arise in the future.

3) To Diagnose Abs

Similar to other systems, braking systems have developed and become more complicated, utilising several sensors and actuators to improve the consistency, smoothness, and safety of braking for all users. The LAUNCH CRP129 EVO gives the user the ability to monitor and diagnose vital ABS systems, ensuring that repairs are successful and thorough.

4) To Diagnose SRS

The safety of the driver and passengers depends utterly on the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) operating properly and constantly. The performance and operation of the SRS system may be impacted by even small faults. The LAUNCH CRP129 EVO enables the user to retrieve, understand, and interpret SRS system issues and monitor SRS system functionality quickly and efficiently to identify and swiftly fix the issue's root cause. When the SRS system has been fixed, CRP129 EVO will enable the code to be erased and the PCM to test the SRS system to verify that the fixes are complete.

Full Diagnostics Functions of OBD

All 10 OBDII test modes are required for a thorough diagnostic.

1) When reading codes, display the diagnostic trouble code's full description (DTCs)

2) Erasing Codes & Reset: This process disables the Check Engine Light (MIL), erases all associated codes, and resets monitors.

3) Data Stream: This function reads and displays the live ECU/PCM data stream, plots various operations graphically, and stores freeze frame data.

4) I/M Readiness Status: Indicates whether or not the vehicle's different emissions-related systems are in good working order and prepared for inspection and maintenance testing.

5) Read Live Data Stream: Display information from a vehicle's continuous data stream in real-time visual (waveform) form.

6) Check the specific vehicle conditions that the onboard computer recorded at the time the emission-related error occurred by viewing the freeze frame data.

7) O2 Sensor Test: This enables the vehicle's onboard computer to retrieve and display O2 sensor monitor test data for the most recent tests carried out.

8) On-Board Monitor Test: Retrieves and shows test results for systems and components of the powertrain that are connected to emissions.

9) Display vehicle data such as the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), CID (Calibration ID), CVN (Calibration verification number), etc.

10) Component Test: To check the functionality of certain vehicle components, commands can be issued from the scanner.

The LAUNCH Creader CRP CRP129 EVO code reader supports all 10 modes of the OBDII test for a thorough diagnosis and has a distinctive 3.5-inch TFT colour display. It offers the highest level of cost and power, enabling customers to complete their tasks more quickly. Users can reduce diagnostic and repair time by using tools like graphs, records, replays, and troubleshooter code hints.
