Furthermore, Arcane cannot 'burst' anymore, since it takes ~14 seconds just to ramp up to the point where you can burst, and by that point you can only 'burst' for a couple of casts of AB since the mana cost is absurd on 6 stack. Both RoP and IW Arcane does not have a burst phase precisely because of the epic failure of the '6 stack solution'.
At level 90, the Arcane specialisation provides excellent single target damage in very stationary fights. Unfortunately, between level 85 and level 90, Arcane should be avoided, as the specialization lacks a proper mana regeneration tool and will perform poorly.
