Under the Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Awas Yojna, flats will be offered for MIG, EWS and LIG category of the society.
Indraprastha Housing Scheme 2015 under the new scheme is from the Ghaziabad Development Authority at Indraprastha Pocket-D, Ghaziabad. Under this scheme, the government will offer about 888 flats for all categories at an affordable price tag. This scheme has already started on 10 March 2015 with the last date of 10 April 2015. Anand Vihar Housing Scheme by Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority will offer about 198 multi-storey flats for Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group of the society.
