natural cleanser also. Oatmeal cleanses the skin pores and absorbs the surplus
oil that treats the acne. Hence, it is an excellent exfoliator that soothes the

You just need to add a tablespoonful of oatmeal in a little
water to form a thick paste. Massage the affected area with this paste. Just
wait for 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. You can add a cup of
oatmeal to the bathtub and soak your body for half an hour daily.
Apple Cider Vinegar:
Another great ingredient for treating back acne successfully
is Apple Cider Vinegar. This is a commonly found kitchen ingredient and can do
wonders in curing the bacne or skin issues. ACV is a miraculous home remedy for
balancing the pH level of the skin and it prevents acne breakouts naturally.
You need to blend Apple Cider Vinegar with water in the ratio
of 1:2. Prior to going to the bed, you need to spray the same on your back and
leave for about 25 minutes before you wash it off. Store this bottle in the
refrigerator. You can also apply Apple Cider Vinegar on your back with the help
of cotton ball as well.
Tea Tree Oil:
Tea Tree Oil is extracted from the leaves of Melaleuca
Alternifolia which is a native of Australia. For years together, tea tree oil
has been known for the anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties. These days
the oil is widely used for the treatment of skin infections. The oil can kill
the bacteria successfully that causes acne. Moreover, at also checks the
further breakouts also.
All you need to do is to mix 2-3 drops of tea tree oil with a
cup of water and apply the same with the help of cotton ball on the affected
areas.
