Your dining room is one of the places in your house where you spend most of your time at so it is important that you are comfortable in your own place. Add color

One thing that can help make your space large is through your wall color. Adding warm color to your walls and ceiling will give a cozy feeling to the space and makes it feel larger. Use your TV as a divider

Arranging your furniture can be tricky when you have a small space. You would want everything to blend in, not become the focal point or a distraction. Use mirrors

The simplest way to create the illusion of having a larger room is to place a mirror directly opposite to a window. You can do this by putting large mirror at the back of a furniture to give prominence of the piece. Or you can hang mirror as an art work to give a little breather.

Lighten up

Proper lightning can do a big difference to small spaces like in an apartment. An eye-catching ceiling lightning fixture will add drama to your surroundings. Make sure to use durable materials in installing your fixture to prevent unnecessary accidents. darker walls can make your room appear smaller. Use white paints or any light colors – it will make your room appear larger.

Add glass

So you don’t have enough space in your apartment? Why not open up more space by installing glass for your balcony. These types of balconies are fixed on the surface with glass spigots that you can even sit on the floor and lean on it. You can also tear down walls, enlarge your windows or you can replace your wooden door with glass door to open up views outside.

Do not display everything

Of course, you have bought those pieces of furniture and artwork thinking that it would make your home more visually aesthetics. Remember, you want to make a statement and leave an impression through your house’ interior. Putting as many decorations and artworks on your room will make it look messy. Nothing can make a room feel smaller than clutter. Display only those that are necessary.
