Excellent experience here, it’s about what ultimately the car looks like after they’ve fixed it, and this is good as latest. The silver paint colour, all the trim and marker lights match up nicely. Prestige took the time to get it just right, everything matches up well. They work with the insurance firm so no need to even FAX the repair order. They took pictures of the damage to the vehicle, they did it all. Good location, Orchid Woods to the DC line and Silver Spring Metro so that its silly to all around the horses  barn when we have a good neighbour right up the street in the form of Prestige Auto Body. Never understood how this is called Philadelphia Avenue when the street doesn’t align with the rest of Philadelphia, which is East West Highway route 410 dunno Prestige Auto Body location is such that I could walk a tower and cross Georgia Avenue to catch the Van Go freebie bus to Silver Spring Metro nice to have honest business close to home. Neat as a pin, and they lock the cars behind a high fence.  With luck, you’ll never need a body shop, but if you do, trust the nice neighbourhood people at Prestige. My insurance firm gave me the name of this place and I only took my car here because I wanted work to begin immediately rather than scout for places to take my car, and they were conveniently located near my house and work.  I really distrust auto body shops over dealerships, probably just based on appearances. My car dealership doesn’t always get it right;  been disappointed by my dealership a few times before over minor things only been to Prestige Auto body once, but for a major repair, and they did a great job.

They got right to work on my car, completed their work in a reasonable time, kept me updated, and were very polite. I’m very satisfied and I would do business with them again.
