With every passing day, more and more people are now getting attracted towards pursuing higher studies abroad. There are lots of advantages that they find in same. Along with much focused study, it also provides them the opportunity to make a career for them at the same place. MBBS and MBA are two much in demand courses these days. MBA Abroad:


MBA (Masters of Business Administration) is a much renounced course and is offered by several of top universities across the world. A student has a lot of choices and at times it becomes difficult to select one. The first thing a student has to decide is the place from where he wants to pursue the MBA. MBA from Europe:
- Just to give an insight, 61% of total students MBA from Europe are from outside of Europe. Spain, France and UK are the most in demand destinations for MBA. With institutions like London Business School, Oxford University etc., it definitely possess a huge potential. There is also good opportunities for Women and Business Entrepreneurs in Europe to pursue MBA. There are courses designed to be completed in 12 months or 24 months’ time period, depending upon student’s preference and choice.

Accreditations to look for: - Before finalizing a university, the most important thing to look for is the accreditation it has. There are 3 major accreditation bodies as listed below:

1. The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB)

2. The Association of MBAs (AMBA)

3. European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS)

Pursuing MBA from a university holding one or more of these accreditations would hold a lot value.

How to get admission: - GMAT score is one of the most important factor that is required to get admissions in these courses. The average score required is around 500-600 but this varies and a score within this range does not mean that a place is guaranteed. Apart from this, excellent written and verbal skill is a must especially for those whose first language is not English. TOEFL and IELTS are two exams that most of the universities expects a student to clear before applying for admission. Institutions also require real life work experience. It may range from 1-3 years based on universities decision.

Why Europe is preferred: - Day by day, Europe is becoming a preferred choice for MBA based on various factors as detailed below:


1. Higher employability ratio because of business environment that is favorable.

2. Lesser cost of the course compared to that of other places like America.

3. Various varieties of specialization available.

4. Economic climate is better compared to that of America.
