UV rays tend to develop a cataract. Choose the pair of sunglasses which can give 90% to 100% UV rays protection.


4. Protect your eyes with protective Eyewear-

If you have the habit or if your eyes are weak and you use eyewear at home while working seeing TV then it becomes more compulsory for you to wear safety glasses which can shield your eyes.


5. Look away from the computer screen-

If you have a habit of staring computer screen or phone screen, you should give yourself a break otherwise you have to face below-

• Neck, back, and shoulder pain

• Headaches

• Eyestrain

• Trouble focusing at a distance

• Dry eyes

• Blurry vision


6. Visit doctor daily-

For keeping one’s eye in a healthy condition, everyone should visit the eye doctor for the regular checkups. This habit will make you know about the exact condition of your eye if having any issues it can be detected in early age. Young children and senior citizens should also visit an eye doctor on a regular basis. Eye examination by a professional eye doctors who regularly in practice and also does various operations related to eyesight.
