by Bappaditta Jana share market adviser

Late President of India, Mr APJ Abdul Kalam, dreamt of seeing India a completely developed nation by 2020. His dreams did start taking shape during his presidential administration, and has gradually increased a lot and are very much in progress to develop India completely by 2020. Infrastructural development, technological advancements and many other new innovative projects have been initialized to ensure the development all around the country. Governmental bodies and nongovernmental organizations have been functioning simultaneously for years in different fields to ensure that these developmental works do not remain stacked and a gradual process continues throughout.

It has been found that majority of the nation resides in the villages and in the poor section for years. However, due to the fast pace of development and willingness of people across the nation, the projects have been executed at an enormous rate. Roads, buildings, bridges, railways and other infrastructural developments have happened hugely within years. Governmental organisations have been functioning in this field to ensure that these developmental works happen to increase the economic value of the country. Nongovernmental organisations have been working primarily on education and other social welfare issues, which may eventually be fruitful for the development of India.

Education towards healthcare and hygiene, self-actualization, skill development and quality knowledge has been the focus point for the nongovernmental organisations around the country. They primarily target the young minds of the country i.e., the underprivileged children and those children who are deprived of the facilities and education that they deserve. For them, the education is the only way that they believe can provide the future of India a new path to shine so that they can be successful in future.

The NGOs work upon the education towards healthcare and hygiene, which ensures to provide the basic knowledge of how to remain clean and clear from diseases and other unhygienic environmental problems. Health care and hygiene have been one of the essential target areas of focus because a majority of the country is still under the development of using recycling and other methods to manage waste properly to make sure that the society remains clean out of all the wastage problems. Proper knowledge about the nutrition, water, sanitation is important for each and every individual. Therefore, education towards healthcare and hygiene is very essential and it needs to be implemented from the young age in schools so that the proper culture is maintained for the well-furnished future of the country.
