In 2013 I began hearing about Liver Flushes. I bought a book by Andreas Moritz and started my journey to better health. Since doing 3 Liver Flushes I ? have carried on my journey of healing. My hair had been falling out at rapid speed. I started to take Magnesium and High Dosage Vitamin C  after going to a workshop run by Clive De Carle and it soon stopped. It now falls out at a normal rate and is getting fuller. I also started to take Fish Oils for the Vitamin A content that I heard was good for heavy periods.
