Eerie places always pique the curiosity of people. Even those individuals who are weak hearted remain curious to know a little more about the elements that fail to prove their existence in our human world. Whether it’s the apparitions people cite or the bizarre happenings that cannot be accounted for, the world is dotted with countless haunted places. And, Vancouver doesn’t stay far behind in giving people a hair raising and spine chilling experience. So, make Philippine Airlines reservation and explore the world of the dreaded unknowns.

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

This one has to grace the list since this ghost at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is one of the most famous. The ghost that frequents or rather calls this hotel her abode is the Lady in Red. Often spotted taking the elevators from the first to the fourteenth floor or ambling through the corridors, this one is sure to give you all the chills. But, if you don’t happen to have an encounter with her, then probably she’d personally pay you a visit at your room. Not prepared for a room service like that, or are you? Well, book Philippine Airlines flight tickets and embark on an eerie experience if you are.

The Vogue Theatre

Built in 1941, The Vogue Theatre — gracing Granville Street — used to be one of the most loved theatres back then. And till today, it is famed for hosting some superlative live music performances. However, it has its own horrid history. The venue is haunted with not just one but two ghosts. While one of them startles people with the sound of his footsteps, the other — dressed in a tux — appears in the sitting area to scare the hell out of people. Book cheap plane tickets to Vancouver if the haunted world interests you.

Old Spaghetti Factory

With four ghosts holing up in this place, you can expect an enormous amount of paranormal activity at the Old Spaghetti Factory. You’d really need to love food profoundly to have a heart that is brave enough to stand the sight of four ghosts under a single roof. A bus conductor, a talkative girl holding a balloon, a little red man, and a young boy are reported to haunt this diner. Still fancy spaghetti, do you?

Deadman’s Island

A small island sitting off the Stanley Park, Deadman’s Island has been shut down for public exploration. And, you should be glad that it is. This place was an official burial spot for First Nations and nobody even knows how many lay buried there. However, the constant sound of footsteps, the wail of a young woman and ear piercing sounds of chains being dragged heard often is enough to tell that a whole world of spirits lurk out there. Book Interjet flight tickets to Vancouver and learn some more about this supernatural place.

The Dominion Building

This high rise building, with about 13 floors, used to be the tallest building in British Empire at one point of time. Built in 1910, the inauguration ceremony of the Dominion Building was celebrated with all pomp and show. However, the architect of the building died that very night. He either jumped off the building or fell down a flight of stairs, the real reason remains unclear. But, what is very clear is that till this day, his spirit roams inside the building scaring people with the sounds of his footsteps or appearing in front of them. Make Interjet reservations if you are one of those courageous souls who want to spot a ghost.
