You must meet the standards set for you to work in that profession. Many of the professions have their skills in assessing authority. You need to connect with them and is your primary responsibility to do that.

b) Employer-Sponsored Visas

c) Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (TSS)

d) Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485)

Age - Eligibility Criteria No. 2

To be eligible for skilled visas you must be below 45 years of age. Being more than this can help you lose a lot of points. You can apply for the visa once you become 45 years after you have been sent an Invitation to Apply.

Fluency in English Language - Eligibility Criteria No. 3

For some of the test takers from 14th December, 2023 the IELTS One Skill Retake (OSR) shall be accessible. For visa purposes, the immigration department shall accept IELTS test results that have OSR. 

Skills Occupation Lists – Eligibility Criteria No. 4

Your nominated occupation should be present on the relevant Skilled Occupation List (SOL) or Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL). These lists are updated from time to time as per the local labour needs and requirements.
