2- Bituminous Coating

It is also known as an Asphalt coating and is an excellent waterproofing agent. The flexibleness of the product always depends on the solid content of the polymer added to the bitumen.

The cost of bituminous depends on the pain price offered by different companies as a product or along with their service through contracts. Ideally in India, it is Rs.60/Liter excluding the cost of its process. Its product range starts from Rs.60/Liter to Rs.250/Liter (approximately).

3- Bituminous Membrane

It is a well-known method used for low-sloped roofs. It has a torch on the membrane and the self-adhesive membrane. Self-adhesive have less shelf life whereas; torch on the membrane has much more life. It is a sheet-like substance is on the roof into a multilayer to protect the roof.

Its material cost from Rs.36/square meter to Rs.2000/square meter respective to its size and length. It excludes the cost of spreading it and labor because it differs from contractor to a contractor and areas.

4 Polyurethane Liquid Membrane

It is a well-known waterproofing solution in Delhi used for flat roof areas that are highly exposed to weathering. It is an expensive method which uses by the no. of people for the long run.

The material cost of Polyurethane Liquid Membrane is starting from Rs.201/liter to Rs.3000/liter. It does not include the labor cost in it and mostly differs from contractor to contractor, type of material used and location.
