Grab your iPad. Write it down, or you'll burn your brain out

by Ralu Petrea Digital Planners Creator / UX Designer
Being paperless is still a challenge. But if you have an iPad and a PDF annotations file, you may be able to achieve it much easier than you think.

Welcome to the Digital Planners world

The paperless planners are like physical planners inside a tablet. To be more precise, these Digital Planners are PDF documents with hyperlinks that need to be imported in a markup app to work. So, to get started you'll need:
✔ an iPad with iOS 13
✔ an Apple Pencil (optional)
✔ purchase and install Goodnotes 5, Noteshelf or Notability app(s) from Apple Store.
take my courses to learn how to use them

These planners work best on iPads, but Android and Windows users can also use them inside apps like: XODO PDF, PDF PRO, ACROBAT PRO. Before buying a planner I suggest to test the PDF annotations apps first to make sure you like them.

Use a digital planner and you'll love the freedom of the paperless life

✅ Stop feeling haunted by your phone reminders!
✅ No more bulky planners that break you back
✅ Copy, Paste, Undo, Erase. Don't fear of making mistakes!
✅ Keep ALL personal, business, hobbies in one place!

Now, there is a learning curve!!!

More than 40% of my customers stumbled at first. Yet, they were excited to try it and face those challenges. Now they are happy and excited about the new adventure. People from 20-80 years old are rocking the world of digital note-taking. And you can do that too!

"What a wonderful surprise! I had difficulties to download, however Ralu assisted me in such an efficient, professional but kind and gracious manner, which just gave me all the motivation needed to learn and use the misc templates. Being an old lady, I might have given up, however Ralu’s excellent support gave me the confidence and perseverance to see that this planner will motivate me to be creative - a very practical tool and fun too. A big thank you!" - Christina, an Outline Planner user

How to know if paperless notes are for me?

Try them out! Again, to take digital notes, you'll only need an iPad, an Apple Pencil (optional), a markup app to write in (like Goodnotes 5, Noteshelf or Notability), and a good coffee. One of my happy customers has done a great job explaining how she takes digital notes. Watch her video.

Few ideas on how to use the paperless notes

⚡ outline dreams and plans
⚡ write your daily thoughts
⚡ track the habits or workouts
⚡ plan weekly meals
⚡ keep track of work and projects
⚡ take meeting notes (without the laptop barrier!!)
⚡ track events for spouse, kids, and parents
⚡ keep track of birthdays and gifts
⚡ capture hobbies and crafts ideas
⚡ brainstorming or empty your brain
⚡ track the books to read
⚡ journal their travels
⚡ stick their digital stickers
and more...

Will my notes sync with Google Calendar?

No! So, if you're joining lots of meetings, please don't quit your Google Cal (or Outlook calendar) to marry the digital planners. Use both. Add your meetings inside the calendar, but take meeting notes on your iPad.
