This type of violence is difficult to fix and avoid since it occurs behind closed doors. Typically it is considered a private problem and many women would not show up the courage to report it. The government still lacks behind to detect and punish this type of violence.

Equality and Non-discrimination:

The principle of equality and non-discrimination guarantees that those in equal circumstances are dealt with equally in law and practice. Right to be protected from being forced into bonded labor needs more attention from the Indian Government. Right to equality also speaks about Right to personal liberty, the right of weaker sections of the people to be protected from social injustice and all forms of exploitation.  Children are more vulnerable than adults to the conditions under which they live.
