It will also cache less in the web app pools and recycle more. This action of less caching and more recycling often result in degraded performance and also causes troubles for the SharePoint end users.

Use Of Improper or Incorrect Urls:

SharePoint and Microsoft IIS may face communication problems and in case you make changes to the web app, then SharePoint development doesn’t inform the ISS about it.

Usually SharePoint development admins give their web apps urls that are short to avoid extra typing. But web apps need a fully qualified URL and such short urls usually fail to route across the internet and this may at times cause serious problems.  So avoid using incorrect or short URLs for better functionality.
