Root canal procedure is so named
because the procedure involves cleaning the inside of the tooth. The nerve of
the tooth is located within the root canal.

First the dentist will clinically

floss teeth twice a day.
See your dentist at regular
intervals as advised.
Don't chew food too hard – e.g.
ice may lead to damage to tooth, which can negatively affect the root canal.
