Steps to prepare

1.      Keep the pan on the stove and heat the mustard oil in a large skillet. fry the mustard and cumin seeds for a few minutes.

2.      Add the onion, jalapeno pepper, ginger, and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes. After, you need to add coriander, turmeric, garam masala and heat for a few minutes. Then you add cauliflower, tomatoes, green peas, peppers, bell peppers, and mushroom.

3.      After adding these ingredients reduce the heat to medium-low and leave it to heat for 10 to 12 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Now you can add spinach and heat just it wilted. Add the salt that you required for the taste.

4.      Now the spicy and tasty soya bean bhaji was prepared.
